Republican gubernatorial candidate Tom Foley has just announced he will not seek legal action to challenge election results. He concedes the election to Democrat Dannel Malloy. Foley said he’s convinced that a challenge of photocopied ballots – including those in Bridgeport – “would not change” the outcome of the election.
