Occhiogrosso disses Foley

|

Bring it on.

That’s the tenor of a statement put out by the office of Gov. Dannel P. Malloy on Tom Foley, who Wednesday confirmed he wants a rematch with the first term Democrat in 2014.

Malloy senior adviser Roy Occhiogrosso had this to say to Hearst Connecticut Newspapers on the race:

“We don’t comment on Tom Foley’s political ambitions,” Occhiogrosso said. “He lost one race. He’s more than welcome to lose another.”

Get your popcorn, Connecticut.

The Republicans can run a picnic table against Malloy and win; are Danny and Roy the only two that don’t see that?

  2. jschmidt says:

I suppose if Malloy has his prefilled ballots already prepared to drop into Bridgeport again, he might steal another election.

  3. Tom says:

He may well regret his cocky words one day.
