Who is the one registered voter in Connecticut’s “Guilty” party?

Secretary of the State Denise Merrill marked National Voter Registration Day Tuesday by heralding the registration of nearly 90,000 new Connecticut voters since January 1. Young voters in the 18-29 age bracket represented the largest group of fresh registrations (39,277) while new unaffiliated voters (39,602) led Democrats (30,736) far ahead of Republicans (17,115). There are now 1,992,285 registered voters in Connecticut.

But the number that really caught my eye in Merrill’s news release was “1.” As in, one registered voter in Connecticut belonging to the  “Guilty” party. What is this party? Who is this voter? Please come forward and tell your story!

Other intriguing political parties in the state include “Independence for Montville” (7 registered voters), “Realistic Balance” (3) and “Swing” (2). Here’s the full list from Merrill’s office:
