Then, BLT gets a huge loan, one quarter of which is at 1%! tax credits, and absurd donation of $5M for retraining, etc. smells fishy. The developer removes a boatyard illegally, pays no fines, has no signed permit to demolish the boatyard and…the Malloy puppet of the Gov says…not my fault? Really?
