The battling gubernatorial candidates, Gov. Dannel Malloy and Republican Tom Foley, will speak separately tomorrow morning during the 32nd Annual Convention and Exposition of the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities in the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford. They both will field questions from the 900 or so municipal leaders in attendance. The program will run from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. Independent Joe Visconti, below, was not invited to the event.
