Greenwich Time talks with outgoing Board of Ed members

The Nov. 14 Board of Education meeting at Town Hall marked the final public session in the board careers of Leslie Moriarty, Steven Anderson and Nancy Kail.

Moriarty and Anderson both served two terms, totaling eight years, on the board. Kail served one term. Moriarty has served as the board’s chairman since 2011. Anderson served as chairman from 2009 to 2011.

None of them sought new terms in the Nov. 5 town election.

The departing trio sat down with Greenwich Time reporter Paul Schott to look back on their service and some of the major issues that have dominated the board’s agenda during their tenures.
