It may be damper than it is cold out there, but it hasn’t stopped one legendary Greenwich resident from bundling up for the winter. Col. Raynal Bolling, the first high-ranking American officer to be killed in World War I, or at least his likeness, has added a tasteful, pom-pommed scarf to his military regalia. While it’s far from the first time Col. Bolling has donned a little winter wear, the cream tones of this get up particularly complement his burnished complexion.
