Greenwich teen arrested for school slap fight

A 14-year-old Greenwich High School student is facing charges of disorderly conduct after she was arrested for slapping another student multiple times.

According to police reports, on Jan. 9,  the suspect juvenile started a fight with another student, slapping them three times. The victim, who’s gender is not known, was not injured.

When Greenwich Police arrived, the suspect detailed that she had slapped the victim only once. Police ascertained the details of the altercation from surveillance video footage and arrested the youth.

She was released from police custody on a promise to appear at Superior Court for Juvenile Matters in Stamford on Jan. 21.
