Left out in the cold

One Queens man stranded at the Greenwich train station during the shutdown complained that the station was closed even though people were freezing. It’s a good point. It was 16 degrees on the platform with a whipping wind. The overhead walkway provided little relief. If the trains are going to fail this often arrangements should be made to protect stranded riders from frigid weather. Either have someone on call to open the station or heat the overhead walkways
