The storefront that until recently housed the Greenwich Avenue location of the eatery “My Favorite Place” was purchased last Monday with a final price of $5,304,200 for 2,147 square feet of space zoned retail and residential.

RLB Holdings of Times Square LLC purchased the property to add to its portfolio of investments, which include a limited partnership with the New York Yankees, among other things. As of this time, it’s unclear what RLB will do with the former restaurant. Neither a call to the company nor to the lawyer who inked the deal have yet been returned, but we’ll keep you posted.
