Pagnani has joined the company as vice president and brokerage manager of the Greenwich brokerage. In this role, Pagnani will lead 83 associates affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty in Greenwich.
Pagnani, a Greenwich native, has over twenty-five years of experience specializing in real estate law, specializing in the representation of high net worth clients in real estate transactions. She has also been of counsel to developers and investors in new construction, mixed-use projects and condominium conversions. An expert in a wide range of complex real estate transactions, Pagnani has closed in excess of three hundred high-profile contracts.

Devoted to community service, Pagnani is an active member of the Greenwich community where she holds many leadership positions. She presently serves as a board member of the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce and the Greenwich Government and Community Affairs. In addition, Pagnani is involved with the Greenwich Riding Trails Association and Greenwich Preservation Trust. She has also served as a Trustee at Greenwich Academy where she chaired the Advisory Committee and served on the Building and Facilities and Development Committees. In addition, Pagnani has been affiliated, either as a member or volunteer, with the following organizations: The Junior League of Greenwich and New York City, Young Women’s League of New Canaan, The Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich, Dewey & LeBoeuf’s Women Initiative Committee, and AmeriCares.
