All ages are welcome to join us to witness one of the “Rites of Spring” as we visit vernal pools in the Babcock Preserve and learn about the wildlife that depend on this unique woodland habitat. Walk and observation led by Greenwich Conservation Director, Denise Savageau and professional Wetland Scientist, Michael Aurelia. Group size limited.   Moderate walking over uneven terrain. Proper footwear is required. We will meet at the North Street entrance. No charge but reservation required at: treeconserv@optonline.net.
