Meet Reggie Jackson on the Avenue

Sports fans and wrist watch aficionados will have an opportunity to meet former MLB baseball player Reggie Jackson from4 to 5:30 p.m. on Friday, June 27 at Manfredi Jewels at 121 Greenwich Ave. The meet-and-greet even will include the unveiling of the Constant Escapement L.M., a revolutionary timepiece created in collaboration with Jackson and Swiss watch brand Girard-Perragaux.

The first thirty guests to attend will also get a customized Rawlings baseball signed by Mr. October.

Luxury Swiss watchmaker Girard-Perregaux has joined forces with Manfredi Jewels and the iconic “Mr October”, Reggie Jackson, to unveil its revolutionary timepiece – the Constant Escapement L.M.

 

On Friday, June 27 from 4:00pm-5:30pm sports fans and watch aficionados can head to the Manfredi Jewels store in Greenwich, CT to personally meet and greet Mr. Jackson and hear about his incredible milestones, his strong passion for watches and his connection with the Constant Escapement piece. The first thirty guests to attend will also get a customized Rawlings baseball signed by Mr. October.

The Constant Escapement L.M. won the 2013 Aiguille d’Or award at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève. This timepiece marked as one of the brand’s most exciting innovations in its history.
