Cheryl Elliott (11 yrs. of Pilates), Denise Arca, Trish Carroll, Jean-Francois Bulycz, Pilates instructor Christine Ragusa, Elizabeth Aly, and Christine Ansart. They were joined by Pilates hopeful Anne W. Semmes, reporter for Greenwich Time.

A group of friends gathered recently to wish him well in his move – his fellow Pilates participants. Bulycz is one of very few men reportedly to be a Pilates fan. It seems say his fellow Pilates gal friends that their husbands don’t consider themselves flexible enough to try it!

Pilates instructor Christine Ragusa has helped bring Bulycz to Level 3 in flexibility at the New York Sports Club Commerce location in Stamford. “Through seven years of hard work and dedication,” says Ragusa, ” Jean-Francois has worked his way up to a level 3, which is synonymous with an advanced level. ”

Bulycz is a twice a week Pilates class taker unlike his other Level 3 gal friends who mostly go once a week. “I can really feel the stiffness,” says Bulycz, if he only goes once.

Bulycz was generous with his time and skill as a photographer about town, often lending his services pro bono with the Greenwich Time, even when in France one year. There to thank him in the Pilates group was Pilates hopeful and reporter Anne W. Semmes.
