Cos Cob lemonade stands to fundraise for cancer research

|

Running a lemonade stand is one of the great summer traditions. And it becomes an even greater ritual when it raises money for an important cause.

In that spirit, Cos Cob School students, parents and faculty will be running lemonade stands and bake sales this week at the following Cos Cob locations on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

  • Parking lot of 444 East Putnam Avenue
  • In The First Bank of Greenwich branch at 444 East Putnam Avenue

The proceeds will go to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, which raises funds for research of new treatments and cures for childhood cancers.
