For a couple, whose four children are grown, and who have the travel bug, they’ll now have a few shekels to travel around the world a few times.

After 23 years of comfortable living there, they’ll leave behind 32 acres, a house they built of more than 17,000 square feet consisting of 23 rooms, 6 bedrooms, 5 full and 4 half baths, a home theater, plus a swimming pool, a 2,500-square-foot guest house, a “sports barn” with tennis court, a horse barn, paddock and riding rings, an observatory silo with Meade telescope, a greenhouse – and a whole lot of maintenance. Not to mention no more real estate taxes!

Bon voyage, Howards!
