Where the Wild Things Are, 1 Hillside Drive

 

On Sunday, Sept. 14, a private garden in Greenwich will be among three area gardens open to the public through The Garden Conservancy’s Open Days program, which will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Where the Wild Things Are,  1 Hillside Drive, is  an innovative topiary garden with 20 large custom-made topiaries including a huge boxwood elephant, a pair of life-size lions flanking a stone staircase, a yew wing chair, and a “painting” made from succulents, plus a collection of contemporary art and sculpture

Admission is $5.   Open Days will be held rain or shine, and and no reservations are required.
