Art exhibit opening reception Thursday at Byram Shubert Library

The Byram Shubert Library will host Thursday night from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. an opening reception for Colombian artist Cesar Alvarez’s “Passion and Sculpture” exhibit, which will feature his paintings and sculptures.
