Great flan recipe

One of our younger reporters, Dayelin Roman,  brought in a big flan this morning to share with people in the office. It is awesome. It’s thicker than many of the flans I’ve had and now that she’s shared her recipe, I see why: cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk.
