This recipe for Buffalo chicken wing dip is always always always a hit at parties. It is so simple and fairly inexpensive to make.
2 Chicken breasts, cubed
1 cup ranch dressing
¾ cup hot sauce
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
2 (8 oz) containers cream cheese
Cook chicken until brown. Mix cream cheese and hot sauce until smooth. Add chicken, cheese, and ranch dressing. Cook at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
Katie’s Tip: For those vegetarians out there, you can definitely set aside some of the dip without chicken and it tastes just as good once all warmed up.
