Savor and share: Russian recipes

Cold winter air can spur the appetite. Few know this better than the Russians, who will serve thousands of gallons of their hearty borscht soup to visitors to the Winter Olympics. Given that we have plenty of winter left to contend with, it seems like a fine time to find a nice Russian dish to share for the Recipe Box of Feb. 27.
