Get ready for the Boston Marathon

|

The 117th annual Boston Marathon takes place on Monday, April 15. The historic race continues to hold the toughest qualifying standards  so there’s no reason to not think ahead to next year if you are hoping to hit the starting line in Hopkinton. The a 26.2-mile race  begins in Hopkinton and goes through Ashland, Framingham, Natick, Wellesley, Newton, Brookline, and finishes in Boston by Copley Square.

I would love to hear from any runners in the region that are giving Boston a try this year. You can reach me at jsonski@newstimes.com or at Twitter.com@JasonSonski. Good luck to all the runners!
