Stevenson Scores 3 Goals In Semifinal Win

Former Darien High School star and Advocate blogger Sam Stevenson picked the right time to have her best game of the season.

Stevenson scored three goals to help lead Richmond to a 15-13 win over Temple this afternoon in the semifinal round of the Atlantic 10 Tournament.

The Spiders will face either LaSalle or Massachusetts in the final. UMass handed Richmond, the top seed, its only conference loss during the regular season.
