BRIDGEPORT
Officials reversed an earlier announcement that all schools but Roosevelt would be open on Wednesday. Now, the mayor’s office said it is uncertain how many schools will be open because power availability and traffic safety issues remain an issue for many schools. Also, four schools – Batalla, Johnson, Tisdale and Marin – are still being used as emergency shelters. Updated information about school openings will be made before 9 p.m. tonight via the Board of Education school email system and on www.bridgeportedu.com
