    pro boatyard stance
    1) the taxes anteres now owned by BLT got many tax and building concessions in exchange for leaving the boat yard. when they broke that agreement the tax breaks stayed in place and no fines collected. should BLT get preferred treatment at the expense of all tax payers if it can’t hold to a simple agreement.
    2) The boat yard creates jobs and brings in a lot of money that said the land could be much better utilized to attract boater and tourists the Annapolis Maryland or even a captions cove style place that would me a magnet to the city over the boating season.

    3) Keep in mind world class marines attract world class boat owners many who run or own companies that could move to stamford.
