Southwest Connecticut saw a rash of new restaurants and shops pop up in 2013, from Stamford’s creatively-named Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, to popular Japanese clothing store Uniqlo in Trumbul, to Greenwich’s potentially-groundbreaking Makerbot.
