The majority of Stamford 411 readers got the location of these photo right this week – Richmond Hill Avenue bridge over the Mill River.
One reader pointed out that the bridge has LED lights under the railings, accounting for the cool nighttime photos. Another reader who got it right thought the photos looked like they were taken in the 1940s.
We also got some votes for what is now the “purple bridge” on Main Street, also over the Mill River, and for the bridge over the Mianus River on Mianus Road at the Stamford-Greenwich border in upper Westover.
