Police are investigating the death of an unidentified 21-year-old man found dead at 11 Soundview Ave. early Sunday afternoon.
Police have not ruled out foul play, Stamford Police Sgt. Anthony Lupinacci of the Criminal Investigations Division said Sunday.
“We don’t know what happened or if there was foul play,” Lupinacci said.
Police withheld the man’s name pending notifying his family.
Neighbors in the house found the man not breathing in his bed around 1 p.m. Stamford emergency medical technicians made extensive and unsuccessful attempts to revive the man, Lupinacci said. Witnesses last saw the man alive this morning around 7:30 a.m., Lupinacci said.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Farmington is expected in the next two days, Lupinacci said.
“We won’t know what we have until then,” Lupinacci said.
Police photographed and gathered other evidence from a black Volkswagen Golf parked across the street.
