Like something out of a romatic comedy. I can imagine the grandma running back and forth between the two delivery rooms like Steve Martin in "Father of the Bride 2". When my wife gave birth to my first son, there was another woman with the same first and last name and same birthdate who also gave birth to a little boy within an hour of eachother.
