Update: The ramp was reopened just after 1 p.m. State police told the Norwalk Hour that the suspicious package turned out to be a wooden doll wrapped in duct tape. The package was reported when Department of Public Works stumbled upon it while cutting grass Monday morning. The items were confiscated following an investigation by the state police bomb squad and K-9 unit, the Hour reported.
