7:27 a.m.: An accident on I-84 that occurred in the area of Exit 8 earlier this morning has slowed westbound traffic to a crawl. And, if the above screen capture from a ConnDOT traffic camera is any indication then traffic could stay tied up for some time.
There is still no word on the accident that triggered the traffic jam.
