There’s an accident on I-95 south but its back in Branford and unlikely to affect us (unless you are REALLY running late this morning).

The usual buildup is still slowing things down from the Milford-Stratford line (where work related to the new Moses Wheeler Bridge means heavy equipment is parked along the route) to Fairfield.

I-95 is also heavy through downtown Stamford.

A disabled motor vehicle is blocking the left lane of I-84 westbound in Waterbury, between exits 19 and 21, and the accident on I-84 west in Newtown (near Route 34) hasn’t cleared yet.

The Merritt parkway southbound is heavy from Wilton Road (Route 33) out to the Route 7 interchange. Expect to move at 20 miles per hour or less through that area.
