Danbury Branch line trains resume regular service

Metro-North says trains on the Danbury Branch Line are operating on a regular schedule again. Shortly after 8 a.m., riders were told to expect delays of 15 to 20 minutes, which the transit agency attributed to “mechanical difficulties.” No further explanation was provided.

One rider tweeted that two trains were cancelled this morning.
