Metro-North

New Haven Line customers should anticipate westbound delays of up to 10 minutes due to congestion.

This view at Exit 9 in Stamford pretty much sums up today's AM commute: traffic with a decent amount of space between vehicles.

Interstate 95

No big problems, just some congestion that is slowing traffic at such areas as Exit 17 in Westport and through Norwalk.

There is also a slowdown around Exit 8 in Stamford.

That’s about it on the turnpike.

Merritt Parkway

Traffic moving smoothly, Some reduced speeds – in the mid-40s mph – from Exit 48 in Trumbull down to Westport’s Exit 42.

Part of the problem was a tractor-trailer that attempted to get on the parkway at Exit 42. State cops got the driver.
