Metro North train woes

30yrsDelays of between 5-10 minutes are likely on all Metro North trains running on its New Haven Line, as well as the Hudson Line.

“Reduced operational capacity”  is to blame on the Hudson line, where a train derailed on Friday, MNR spokesmen say.

Congestion in the Bronx is behind the New Haven line delays, the railroad announced.

Listen for announcements at each station and on the platform, and leave extra time.

The highways are beginning to clear as the morning rush subsides.
