Bridgeport shooting closes some local streets

From Connecticut Post reporter Wes Duplantier
BRIDGEPORT — One person died and three others were injured in a shooting Tuesday afternoon near Reservoir and Trumbull avenues, police said.
Police spokesman Bill Kaempffer said the shooting took place at around 2:30 p.m. near the Trumbull Gardens Housing Complex.
Several local streets were still closed as of 6:30 p.m. as part of the investigation.
Reservoir is closed to traffic at City View and Voight, while Trumbull is blocked to traffic between Fiske and Reservoir. Grandview is also blocked between Fiske and Reservoir.
Traffic is slow in these areas and drivers should be careful because there are many pedestrians and drivers trying to get a look at the scene. There was no immediate word on how long the roads will be blocked.; @breaking203
