Report: Engineer in MNR crash had sleep disorder

The engineer at the controls of a Metro North train that derailed in The Bronx on Dec. 1, killing four and injuring more than 70, has severe sleep apnea, the New York York Times reports.

The Times in a story on Sunday, says that the NTSB report due out this week will say that William Rockefeller had the undiagnosed sleep disorder and had recently changed shifts prior to the crash.
