Hi! You can actually find a lot of gluten-free stuff at Stop & Shop in the natural section, at Trader Joe’s and at Whole Foods. You can even shop Peapod.com and search just for gluten-free items! Good luck

I was really amazed with the Oil of Oregano for I have not known it to be that effective until I tried it. A friend of mine told me once that Oregano is really good for the health but I just ignored it until one time I saw an info on the internet about the antibacterial effect it gives to our body. And then again I saw this blog when browsing about Flu remedies since I am down with flu this time.

Thanks to this info! I have tried it this morning and I feel a lot better this time.
