Thanks to everyone who participated in our Golf Outing!
We were lucky enough to get great weather, and over fifty golfers who made this year’s event another success. Thanks again to all of the golfers, the sponsors and the parents and students that made this year’s event so memorable.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
One thing can be said about all of this rain we have had, and that is golf courses love the stuff. A little Sun, a little rain (well maybe a lot of rain) some nice organic fertilizers, mix in some more Sun which will start to show up in the middle of June and obviously the 29th (for sure) and that is just what the Doctor ordered for a golf course.
For those of you who were lucky enough to play in our event last year, then you know what a perfect Golf Day is all about. Well we have ordered up another day just like last year, and it looks like mother nature is getting all of her Seattle style weather out now – and the Sun arrives for the last half of June. So we look forward to the last Monday in June, up at Fairchild Wheeler and Dinner and Drinks after the “day in the sun” at Vazzy’s where we will be giving away more prizes than ought to be legal. Special Thanks to all of the Sponsor’s who have given their time and donations to the THSGEMB for this event. And I can’t say enough for all of the volunteers who have come out yo help. You should be able to easily spot the Volunteers at the course on Monday, as we showcase our generously donated Golden Eagle Polo Shirts thanks to Cindy. Hey let’s go have a great time, and remember there is a Hole-In-One contest out on the course and I hope someone gets lucky enough to take home ten grand. Let’s Play Golf !

I certainly don’t recall that much water on the course at Fairchild, but after this spring, one never knows.

This just in from the long range weather forecast – the 29th promises to be the second sunny day in June, yes we had one other sunny day, hard to believe, and we are due for another on the last Monday of June, which coincidentally is June 29th – YES !
