Spartacus War of the Damned!

With ‘TUNED IN’ we will converse about TV Shows. Our likes and dislikes with the many
different varieties of shows that are out there on  Networks big and small. Giving our opinions and hoping you will share yours. With that, we will have ‘Television Covered’.

Spartacus season 3 only on Starz™ Friday Nights at 10:00

Spartacus War of the Damned. Grab your sandals, your best fitting loincloth and battles axe. Spartacus is back Fridays at 10:00 pm on Starz!  AND  IT  IS   BLOODY GLORIOUS!!!

Emphases on the word “Bloody”! The opening scene  illustrates well that this show is NOT for the faint of heart. Nope, this show is a “Dagger clenched in teeth” “balls to the wall”, “Fists to the ready” “Women get me a damn beer” Bloody action show, that just happens to be… *gasp!* “Well written!”

After the battle of  last season and defeating Praetor Claudius Glaber and his Roman troops; Spartacus and his fellow x-slaves continue to defeat all that would stand in their way of freedom. Gathering more and more men, Spartacus realizes he has another problem one that may prove to be harder to resolve than with brute force, finding food and shelter for his growing numbers.

We are introduced to a new character  Marcus Licinius Crassus  ( played by Simon Merrells who went through a hell of work-out routine to play the part) Marcus we find is not your typical Roman in the respect that he likes to know his enemy before he engages them; thinks before he acts. What we have seen from him in the first episode of this third and finale season, (and what we know of him from History) Spartacus and his Lieutenants; Crixus, Gannicus, Agron, are in for the fight of their lives!

If you never have seen the Starz™ presentation of Spartacus go check them out on dvd, but remember this show is for mature audiences only .

GLORIOUS STUFF!

Well!!!!! It has returned! I am truly excited to know that, I am able to watch Spartacus again for another season. Anyone that has seen the show can confirm it has come a long way on and off the screen. I am sure it is going to be jam-packed with action! I do not doubt that at all. I see a bit of change in a few of the characters. A few of them looking more bad as than before. So, as I will be placing everything on hold every Friday night at 10pm to tune in to Spartacus!!!!! Someone get me a beer!!!
