With ‘TUNED IN’ we will converse about TV Shows. Our likes and dislikes with the many
different varieties of shows that are out there on Networks big and small. Giving our opinions and hoping you will share yours. With that, we will have ‘Television Covered’.
Eureka. The Show is set in a fictional town called Eureka, in Oregon U.S.A. its a closed Community hidden from the world, inhabited by some of the most brilliant scientists in the world with their families. Most if not all of the scientist work for Global Dynamics a corporation that runs the town, and is over seen by the United States Defense Department.
The Show which airs on the SyFy Channel on Monday nights, Follows the life of U.S. Marshal Jack Carter. Jack Stumbles on the town Eureka while in route to bring his runaway daughter back to his ex wife. After an accident that injuries the local law officer Jack is asked to replace him. Though Jack is nowhere near as smart or intelligent as the rest of the community, his “down to earth” attitude, and dedication to his work makes him the perfect fit or even the missing piece the community needs to keep it safe from itself.
With its well thought out plots and well written episodes, Eureka is more than just a “Science Fiction Show” it has heart, action & adventure, humor fun and is a show you can set down with your kids to watch as a family. ( Not to many of those left ) Its worth taking a look!
