The Big East inched closer towards what it calls stability (and what others call irrelevance) Tuesday when it added Tulane for all sports and East Carolina for football, according to an ESPN report.

Here are Tuesday afternoon’s conference realignment links:
Story highlights: “Tulane and East Carolina currently play in Conference USA. They will become the fifth and sixth C-USA schools to join the rebuilding Big East in the last two years.”
Story highlights: “David Glenn’s sources say ACC discussing expansion this week, 3 potential targets: Louisville, UConn and Navy.”
