Weather updates for Fairfield County Connecticut

Much cooler today

|

The high temperature today won’t reach the mid-70s along the shore and will top out at 75 inland, the National Weather Service says, making this the coolest (chilliest somehow doesn’t seem to fit) day we’ve seen in more than a month.

Thick clouds will remain over us for most of the day and there is a chance of showers mid-morning in the Danbury area. The possibility for isolated thunderstorms also exists, so be careful of lightning strikes.
