Snow ends across SW Conn.

The snow has ended across southwest Connecticut leaving only a few inches.

Winter Weather Advisories have been CANCELLED for much of the area.

Snow started falling in Greenwich and Stamford before 7 AM and ended around 1 PM.

Between 1 to 3 inches of snow fell from the quick moving storm system.

  • This afternoon: A chance of snow showers. Partly sunny, with a steady temperature around 32. East wind around 9 mph becoming northwest. Chance of precipitation is 50%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.
  • Tonight Partly cloudy, with a low around 26. West wind 5 to 9 mph becoming light and variable after midnight.
  • Wednesday A chance of rain and snow before 3pm, then a chance of rain. Increasing clouds, with a high near 43. Light and variable wind becoming southwest 5 to 10 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
  • Wednesday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 27. West wind 5 to 11 mph.
  • Thursday Mostly sunny, with a high near 45. Light and variable wind becoming southwest 5 to 7 mph in the morning.
  • Thursday Night Rain likely, mainly after midnight. Patchy fog. Otherwise, cloudy, with a low around 36. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
  • Friday Showers likely. Patchy fog. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 53. Chance of precipitation is 70%.
  • Friday Night A chance of showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 31. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
  • Saturday Mostly sunny, with a high near 46.
  • Saturday Night Mostly cloudy, with a low around 28.
  • Sunday Partly sunny, with a high near 42.
