Get ready for some heavy rain tonight

We have another nice weather day ahead of us with showers likely this afternoon.

Then tonight, heavy rain is likely as an intensifying low pressure system passes by us. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain is possible.

So far, we’ve had above average rainfall for the year. Currently, we’ve had 21.66 inches of rain; the average for this date is 18.31 inches.

Before the rain moves in we’ll have a partly sunny day.

We’ll take it because the weekend is looking sweet with sunny skies and temperatures in the 80s. Yes, 80s.
