New Year Goals

Ken and I want to wish all of our West Norwalk friends a Happy and Health New Year!    May 2012 offer hope, stability and new beginnings.
Like everyone else, I set new goals as the new year rolls in.  Most are never achieved, so this year I set only one modest resolution for myself. I simply can not
achieve all of my lofty objectives. So what is my manageable goal… a loss of  7  1/2 pounds.. I should drop 15 pounds, but who are we kidding.. I automatically cut my goal in half to give myself a fleeting chance.
So here is a toast to small achievements for 2012.  I have announced my goal in public, so let me know what yours is?
We can work on the small steps together…
Happy New Year!

  1. Gay,

I did the same thing you did: came up with a resolution I’d like to keep, then cut it in half. Sorry to say that my “official” resolution is to lose only 5 lbs.

    Fingers crossed…
