Family Y Members are also welcome at special events and programs  at our 32-acre Mahackeno Outdoor Center, like our popular Summer Sundays in July. The Family Y’s Summer Sundays are fun days for families to spend quality time together, swim, play outdoor games and enjoy the beautiful scenery and camp facilities of Mahackeno Outdoor Center. Summer Sundays are scheduled for July 8, 15, 22 and 29 and take place from 12 to 4 pm. The activities are free for Y Members; fees for non-members are $15 per adult, $10 per child.

The longtime setting for our summer day camp, our Mahackeno campus will, in late 2014, become the home of our wonderful new Y facility.

Our summer youth programs include sports, dance, and specialty camps, as well as camp Hafaday, and our traditional summer day camp –  Mahackeno. The first session of Camp Mahackeno starts Monday, June 25; click here to register or read on for more details of all our summer camps.

Also, please be aware that summer hours began this week, along with a new pool schedule. Stay cool with a dip during Free Swim in the Stauffer pool!

Our new TRX Suspension Training class is another good reason to hang out at the Y this summer!
