Today is Elvis’ 75th birthday. Wow! How exciting.
I’ve seen a lot of nifty retrospectives and remembrances of the King across the Internet. Here’s my contribution: An audio recording of one of Elvis’ last concerts. It’s a brilliant piece of dialogue, where he touches on rumors about his health and infidelity, mocks Fat Albert, plugs a friend’s book and brags about his black belt in karate.
