Welcome to Maplewood Darien!

|

Maplewood Senior Living, the premier operator of assisted living and memory care communities in Connecticut, is pleased to announce the official grand opening of Maplewood at Darien, located at 599 Boston Post Road in Darien.  The official reception and celebration was held on Thursday, November 29th from 4:30 to 6:30 PM, with the official ribbon cutting with local town and state representatives on hand to mark the occasion.

Maplewood at Darien offers 66 studios and one-bedroom apartments for those seeking a supportive lifestyle and beautiful surroundings. Pets are welcome as well. Twenty-nine units are dedicated assisted-living apartments, while 37 units will be for those residents with memory impairment.

Designed by Norwalk architecture firm Stein|Troost, the property features a light drenched two-story atrium, a wellness center, sunroom, library, a full spa and beauty salon, a dining room serving organic and locally grown foods, and a full-acre garden and yard. Additionally, Maplewood at Darien offers 24/7 on-site licensed nursing, to ensure the comfort and peace of mind of residents and their families.  The campus provides ample and beautiful outdoor areas for residents, including walking paths and water features.   For those residents with memory impairment, Maplewood at Darien offers two levels of memory care programs, for those living with early and moderate to more advanced dementia.
