Darien Charities Benefit from Chamber Wine Tasting

The Darien Chamber thanks the community for supporting of the Darien Chamber’s Wine Tasting & Charity Auction. The venue was courtesy of BMW of Darien and for 8 years straight, the Wine Sponsor was WinePort of Darien.

Proceeds were shared with The Depot, DCC Community Events & Scholarship Funds, and YWCA Darien/Norwalk.  The fun filled evening will featured a selection of fine wines from six distributors and a local craft beer brewery sponsored by WinePort-Darien.  (WinePort donated a portion of all wine/beer purchases to the cause.) The seven food sponsors that offered delectable treats included:  Atria~Darien, Darien Social,  Palmer’s Fine Food & Catering, Rory’s, Sails American Grill, Ten Twenty Post~Oyster Bar & Bistro, and Whole Foods Market.

We also want to thank the sponsors for making this event possible:  Deane, Inc, Executive Printing of Darien, Neil Hauck Architects, People’s United Bank, Rucci Law Group and Siegel, Reilly & Conlon, LLC, Darien Rowayton Bank and Tibbetts, Keating & Butler, LLC Elite Sponsors and the many people and businesses who donated auction items and are volunteering  time to help these community causes.
